2025 Biloxi Chamber of Commerce Small Business Grant Application

In 2024, the Biloxi Chamber proudly awarded $19,500 in Small Business Grants, empowering local entrepreneurs and fostering economic growth in our community. This year’s grants were made even more meaningful with a generous $2,500 contribution from Woodforest National Bank in honor of Carmelita J. Scott.

Carmelita was a dedicated and long-standing member of the Biloxi Chamber Board of Directors, whose passion and service left an indelible mark on us all. Her unexpected passing was a heartbreaking loss, but her legacy of commitment and support for small businesses will live on through this grant.

May her spirit continue to inspire us as we uplift and invest in the dreams of our small business owners.

The Biloxi Chamber of Commerce is committed to fostering a thriving business community and driving economic growth in the heart of Biloxi. Through the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce Re-Occupancy Grant Program, we empower business owners to breathe new life into existing spaces, revitalizing our city’s commercial landscape and strengthening its economic vitality.

In 2024, we proudly awarded five (5) $1,000 Re-Occupancy Grants, and thanks to the generous support of the Greater Biloxi Economic Development Foundation, those funds were doubled—further amplifying our mission to support and uplift local businesses. By investing in our entrepreneurs, we are not just filling buildings—we are fueling dreams, creating opportunities, and shaping a more prosperous Biloxi for generations to come.
